UX (User Experience) Design is an approach to agile product development that maintains that a product is only as good as the experience of its users. To keep the user's experience at the center of software design and development while keeping down costs, I employ User-Centered Design methods such as task and environment analysis, ongoing user research, scenario and persona creation, storyboarding, and wireframing to develop insights early on in the iterative design and development process.
